What do you enjoy most about your craft?

What drives me is the quiet power of transformation — turning vision into impact, and watching it ripple outward. Success, for me, lies in creating space for others to rise. I feel most fulfilled when I can mentor, uplift, and unlock doors that once seemed closed, especially for women and underrepresented voices. That, to me, is where legacy begins.

Has embracing authenticity shaped the way you lead and live?

Absolutely. Leadership, at its best, calls for wholeness. Over time, I’ve shed the layers of conformity and embraced the power of showing up as my full self. In those moments of alignment — where intention, intuition, and action meet — I feel most grounded, most alive. That is where true connection happens.

How has your understanding of feminine energy evolved over the years?

In the high-stakes world of corporate leadership, feminine energy has often been underestimated — but I’ve come to see it as one of my greatest assets. It brings empathy into boardrooms, nurtures trust in teams, and allows for intuition to guide strategy. It’s not soft — it’s deeply strong. And it continues to shape my leadership in ways that are both intentional and profoundly human.
