The Zoya E-Gift Card is redeemable only once. It cannot be used for multiple times. The entire amount should be redeemed in a single transaction.

Once the value of the card is used up, it cannot be reloaded.

The Card gets activated immediately on receiving the payment and is valid for use for a 6 months from the date of activation.

The Card can be redeemed at Zoya Stores and on www.zoya.in. In case, during a transaction, the bill amount is more than the remaining card value, the balance amount will have to borne by the Customer.

Stolen or Lost Zoya E-Gift cards will neither be replaced nor will the balance amount be refunded.

The Zoya E-Gift card cannot be redeemed for cash. Balance on the Zoya E-Gift card can be checked at any Zoya Store.

Alternately, the customer can send an SMS To 57575577 by simply typing the 16 digit card number to know the card balance & expiry date. No returns accepted.

The Zoya E-Gift cards can be redeemed against jewellery products only and not coins inside Zoya Stores.

The Zoya E-Gift cards purchased from or Zoya Boutique are redeemable only on the home website or Zoya stores. It cannot be redeemed on other partner outlets such as Caratlane.

Zoya E-Gift card is only one time redeemable.
